The cancellation terms follow our AGBH: no cancellation fee up to 3 months before arrival, 40% of the price from 3 months to 1 month before arrival, 70% from 1 month to 1 week before arrival, and 90% in the last week before arrival.

In the week before arrival you will receive an email with the check-in details. If our schedule allows, we welcome you in person. Otherwise check-in is digital, via the key box.

The road is usually cleared, but in case of fresh snowfall on the day, snow chains or a 4x4 vehicle may be necessary. It is best to put the chains on only after turning off the main road.

Yes. You can hike up the Hirschberg straight from the house; along the way is the Untere Hirschbergalpe (a staffed mountain hut, opening hours vary). Alternatively, hike to Schönenbach to the Jagdgasthof Egender, known for its Kässpätzle.
